Completed my doctoral (Ph.D., thesis title - “Studies on toxicity of Arsenic in Scylla serrata”) from the University of Calcutta. In this thesis, he reported the toxicological, Immunological, cytological, and biochemical effects of arsenic on the blood of edible mud crab, Scylla Serrata. I worked as Project Assistant on DRDO- DRL-funded malaria project and as a Research fellow on UGC funded project. I have submitted my 5000 for my D.Sc. registration under Calcutta University. Presently I am working on the overall stress of Vibrio in shellfish as post-Doctoral research work under the supervision of Professor (Dr.) Gadadhar Dash (Aquatic Animal Health, Faculty of Fishery Science, WBUAFSC).
